This page explains what information may be handled when you browse Compass & Calm, buy a product, contact us, or use Steady.

Information we receive
This website does not ask you to create an account. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message. When you purchase through Payhip, Payhip processes the checkout and may provide us with order details needed to deliver the product and support your purchase.
Payments and third-party services
Payments and digital delivery are handled by Payhip and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies, including the Payhip Privacy Policy.
Steady tracker data
Entries made in the Steady phone tracker are stored locally in your browser on your device. Compass & Calm does not receive those entries. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using a different browser may remove or separate your saved entries.
How information is used
We use information to deliver purchases, answer questions, provide customer support, maintain the shop, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for support, business records, legal obligations, and dispute prevention. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we directly control, subject to any records we must retain by law.
Updates
We may update this policy as the shop changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
