Refund Policy
We want you to receive the product you expected and be able to open your files successfully.

Digital-download purchases
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that apply under law.
When we will help
Please contact us if you were charged more than once, received the wrong file, cannot access your download, or believe the file is materially different from its description. We will first try to correct the issue and, when appropriate, may provide a replacement or refund.
Request window
Contact us within 14 days of purchase and include the email used at checkout, the product name, and a short description of the problem. Please do not send payment-card details.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control how long a credit takes to appear.
